In RTM, the desktop app tiles have been switched around, making them much more similar to Metro app tiles. Some icons are updated, the install process has a brief tutorial on the new user interface, new wallpapers have been added, and the final desktop theme is in place. The RTM is only slightly different from the Release Preview version released in May.
